Olive-backed Flowerpecker, Pachyglossa olivacea, is a bird of the Philippines in the family Dicaeidae. It occurs in tropical moist lowland forest, including primary and secondary woodland up to 1,000 metres above sea level. The species is found across the country except the Palawan group, Mindoro, West Visayas and the Sulu Archipelago. It is also known from Luzon, Mindanao and East Visayas, where three subspecies are recognised. It was once placed in the genus Prionochilus.
