Olive-backed Woodcreeper, Xiphorhynchus triangularis, is a passerine of the Furnariidae family that breeds in South America from Venezuela to Bolivia. It is a mid-sized woodcreeper of the Andes, with a slightly curved bill and the same plumage in both sexes. The nominate form shows an olive back and wings, a dark rufous tail, and a pale throat marked with dark scaling. It lives mainly in humid montane forest and cloudforest, usually in mature woodland, and is found from middle elevations up to 2,700 m.
