Olive-green Tyrannulet, Phylloscartes virescens, is a passerine of the tyrant flycatcher family that breeds in ne Amazonia in South America, including northeastern Brazil and the Guianas. It is mainly a bird of humid primary evergreen forest, and it also uses mature secondary forest. Most records come from the area north of the Amazon between the Negro River and Amapá, with a few south of the river. It is a monotypic species.
