Olive Long-tailed Cuckoo, Cercococcyx olivinus, is a cuckoo of the African tropical rainforest, breeding from Guinea to Uganda and eastern DR Congo, as well as Gabon, Angola and Zambia. It belongs to the family Cuculidae and was described by Sassi in 1912. A notable feature is that it nests on the ground while feeding in the canopy of trees. It is not a bird that gathers in flocks.
