Oustalet's Tyrannulet, Phylloscartes oustaleti, is a passerine of the tyrant flycatcher family that breeds in eastern and south-eastern Brazil. It is confined to a narrow strip of humid forest in the subtropical and tropical zones, mainly in the interior rather than at the edge. The species is a year-round resident. It is the only member of its kind. Adults show the same plumage in both sexes, with a yellow face, olive upperparts, yellow underparts and a black bill.
