Pacific Tuftedcheek, Pseudocolaptes johnsoni, is a passerine in the ovenbird family found in Colombia and Ecuador. It lives in humid montane evergreen forest, with records from disjunct populations in Antioquia and Chocó in Colombia and in El Oro in southern Ecuador. It is a resident throughout the year. Its most notable feature is the pale tawny tuft on the side of the neck. The species was described by Lönnberg and Rendahl in 1922 and is now treated as a separate species from the buffy tuftedcheek.
