Pale-browed Tinamou, Crypturellus transfasciatus, is a tinamou in the family Tinamidae and order Tinamiformes. It is recorded from western Ecuador and north-western Peru, where it occurs in tropical dry forest and other arid forest habitats. The species is native to the Ecuadorian dry forests and the Tumbes–Piura dry forests. It is a monotypic species. The breeding range given by the IOC covers south-western Ecuador and north-western Peru.
