Palm Lorikeet, Vini palmarum, is a parrot of the family Psittaculidae that breeds in Temotu, including Santa Cruz in the Solomon Islands, and through the Banks Islands to Aneityum in Vanuatu. It was first described by Gmelin in 1788. Its range covers Australasia. The bird is associated with moist lowland forest, moist montane forest and plantations. Habitat loss is a threat to it.
