Pfrimer's Conure, scientifically known as Pyrrhura pfrimeri, is a small parrot species native to Brazil. These conures are known for their vibrant plumage, featuring a combination of green, red, and blue feathers. They are social birds often found in flocks, and their playful and curious nature makes them popular pets. In the wild, they inhabit subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and heavily degraded former forest. Pfrimer's Conures are known for their acrobatic flying skills and their distinctive calls. Unfortunately, due to habitat loss and trapping for the pet trade, their conservation status is currently listed as Vulnerable by the IUCN.
