Philippine Fairy-bluebird, Irena cyanogastra, is a passerine of the Philippines in the family Irenidae. It occurs in the Oriental Region, but not in the Palawan group, West Visayas or the Sulu Archipelago. It is found on Luzon, Mindanao, Samar, Leyte and Bohol, with additional records from Polillo, Catanduanes, Dinagat, Siargao and Basilan. It lives in tropical moist lowland and montane forest, including primary and secondary woodland, and reaches lower montane slopes to 1,500 metres. It is often encountered in mixed flocks with other forest birds, and it feeds on fruit.
