Philippine Leafbird, Chloropsis flavipennis, is a bird of the Philippines in the leafbird family, with breeding range in Cebu, Leyte and Mindanao. It is associated with tropical moist lowland forest. Mindanao is thought to be its main stronghold. Cebu has not produced a record since the 1920s and is considered extinct there, while the last confirmed sighting on Leyte was in 1973. Samar has also had verified records, with the latest in 1964.
