Philippine Pied Fantail, Rhipidura nigritorquis, is a passerine of the Philippines in the family Rhipiduridae. It was described by Vigors in 1831 and breeds in the Oriental Region. It is a lowland bird that uses wooded places, open country, forest regrowth, farmland, scrub, beaches and parks. Its plumage is marked by a sooty grey upperparts, white underparts, a black chest band and face, and a clear white throat and brow. It has a long tail with white tips and often flicks it from side to side.
