Plain Antvireo

The Plain Antvireo (Thamnophilus cryptoleucus) is a small passerine bird found in the tropical forests of South America. The Plain Antvireo is known for its distinctive vocalizations, often heard in the early morning and late afternoon. Although not currently considered threatened, habitat loss and deforestation are potential threats to its population.
