Plain Leaf Warbler, Phylloscopus neglectus, is a leaf warbler in the family Phylloscopidae. It breeds in montane areas of north-east Iraq, northern and southern Iran, southern Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, south-west Tajikistan, south-east Uzbekistan and Baluchistan in west-central Pakistan. Outside the breeding season it moves to the south-east Arabian Peninsula, southern Iran, southern Pakistan and far western India. Hume described it in 1870.
