Plain Parakeet

Plain Parakeets are primarily found in lowland forests, savannas, and coastal regions, where they feed on fruits, seeds, and flowers. They are important seed dispersers in their ecosystems. Unfortunately, due to habitat loss and capture for the pet trade, the population of Plain Parakeets is declining, and they are classified as Near Threatened by the IUCN.
