Plumbeous Hawk, Cryptoleucopteryx plumbea, is a bird of prey in the Accipitridae family that breeds in South America from Colombia to Peru. It was described by Salvin in 1872. It is the only species in the genus Cryptoleucopteryx. Its recorded range also includes Ecuador and Panama, and it occurs in subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests as well as silvopastures. The species is affected by habitat loss linked to agriculture, logging and mining.
