Ratchet-tailed Treepie, Temnurus temnurus, is a bird of the crow and jay family found in south-east Asia. It occurs in a scattered range across southern Thailand, southern Vietnam, central and northern Vietnam, Laos and Hainan in China. Its breeding range is in the Oriental Region. It is also known as the notch-tailed treepie. It lives in tropical moist broadleaf evergreen lowland forest, as well as secondary forest and scrubland. The species was described by Temminck in 1825.
