Red-billed Woodcreeper, Hylexetastes perrotii, is a passerine of the Furnariidae family that lives in ne Amazonia in South America, including Brazil, French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname and Venezuela. It is a large woodcreeper with a heavy build, a fairly short tail and a short, strong bill. Adults show smoky brown to olive-brown upperparts, bright rufous to rufous-chestnut wings, rump and tail, whitish lores and a white moustache below the eye. The bill is wine-red to brownish, and the legs and feet are green or olive with some brown and grey.
