Red-moustached Fruit Dove, Ptilinopus mercierii, was a bird of the Marquesas Islands in French Polynesia. It lived in montane forest and was recorded from Nuku Hiva and Hiva Oa. The species was extinct, with the final sighting in 1922 on Hiva Oa. It was a member of the pigeon and dove family and was first described in 1849. Its loss was linked to introduced rats, cats and the great horned owl.
