These medium-sized parrots are known for their vibrant plumage, featuring a combination of red, orange, and yellow feathers, with a distinct pattern of intricate black lines that give them their name. Reticulated Parrots are highly social birds, often seen in flocks, and are known for their playful and curious nature. They have a varied diet, feeding on fruits, seeds, and nectar. Unfortunately, due to habitat loss and trapping for the pet trade, the Reticulated Parrot is facing conservation challenges.
