Round-tailed Manakin, Ceratopipra chloromeros, is a passerine of the Pipridae family in south-west Amazonia, recorded from Peru, Brazil and Bolivia. It lives in humid lowland forest and also in seasonally flooded woodland, extending into Andean foothills and reaching 1,500 m. The species is notable for its rounded tail tip, which sets it apart from other Ceratopipra manakins. Males have a mostly red head and neck, with black plumage and creamy yellow thighs, while females are dull olive-green with paler underparts.
