Ruby-throated Myzomela, Myzomela eques, is a passerine in the honeyeater family, Meliphagidae. It was described by Lesson, RP & Garnot in 1827. It occurs in Australasia, breeding in the Raja Ampat Islands north-west of New Guinea and on New Guinea.
