Rufous-bellied Antwren, Isleria guttata, is a passerine of the antbird family found in ne Amazonia, across Brazil, French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname and Venezuela. It lives in terra firme evergreen forest, especially where the undergrowth is shaded and the ground is thick with leaf litter, often close to slow streams and damp patches. The species was described by Vieillot in 1824. It is a monotypic antwren with a very short tail, and adult males and females differ in plumage. It is believed to remain in its range all year.
