Zimmerius minimus
Rufous-browed Peppershrike, Zimmerius minimus, is a bird of the Santa Marta Mountains in northeastern Colombia. It belongs to the tyrant flycatcher family. It is one of the forms placed in Zimmerius, and this taxon has at times been treated as part of a separate species with another coastal Venezuelan form. The bird is recorded from montane forest, secondary woodland, semi-deciduous forest, coffee plantations and gardens. It stays in the same area all year. It feeds on insects and small fruits, especially mistletoe fruits, and its breeding season extends through much of the year.
