Rufous-capped Antthrush, Formicarius colma, is a passerine of the antthrush family that breeds in Amazonia and south-eastern Brazil. It was named by Boddaert in 1783. In its range it is widespread, though not often encountered, and it lives on the ground in the dim understorey of tall, moist forest. It is also recorded from transitional várzea forest and from savanna forest in Suriname. The species is one of four recognised forms within Formicarius, with subspecies spread across northern, central, eastern and south-eastern parts of South America.
