Rufous-throated Solitaire, Myadestes genibarbis, is a thrush in the family Turdidae that breeds in the West Indies. It occurs on Jamaica, Hispaniola, Dominica, Martinique, St. Lucia and St. Vincent. It is a forest bird of moist lowland and montane evergreen woodland, and also uses streamside groves. The species has a rufous throat, and the sexes look alike. It was first described by Swainson in 1838. Six subspecies are recognised, with the St. Vincent form showing the strongest difference in appearance.
