Russet-crowned Quail-Dove, Zentrygon goldmani, is a bird of the Columbidae family that breeds in eastern Panama and far north-western Colombia. It lives in subtropical forest in foothills and lower highlands, and in Colombia it occurs at much lower elevations than elsewhere in its range. The nominate form is found from eastern Panamá Province through Darién Province into extreme north-western Colombia, while Z. g. oreas occurs farther west in eastern Panama. It is a resident species, and adults of the western form are darker overall than the nominate.
