Sabota Lark, Calendulauda sabota, is a lark of southern Africa in the family Alaudidae. It lives in dry savannah, moister savannah and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland. The species is usually resident, although some populations make local movements in drier areas. It was once placed in Mirafra before being moved to Calendulauda in 2009, and some authorities still use the older arrangement. Two forms are recognised, one with a larger bill in the drier west and south, and another with a smaller bill in the more wooded north and east.
