São Paulo Antwren, Formicivora paludicola, is a bird of the Thamnophilidae family found in southeastern Brazil. It is a marsh-dwelling antwren with a broken range, occurring at fewer than 20 sites in the upper Tietê and Paraíba do Sul river systems in São Paulo state. It lives mainly in coastal and river marshes, and also uses flooded plains and the edge between mangroves and drier ground. It keeps to thick growth under 1 m high, and its records are from 600 to 760 m above sea level.
