Sao Tome Weaver, Ploceus sanctithomae, is a bird of São Tomé in the Gulf of Guinea. It belongs to the family Ploceidae and is found on the island of São Tomé. Its range is restricted to that island, making it endemic to São Tomé and Príncipe. It occurs in subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and in subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. The species was described by Hartlaub in 1848.
