Sierra Leone Prinia, Schistolais leontica, is a bird of the Cisticolidae family found in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast and Liberia. It lives in thickets and along forest edges, especially where submontane forest gives way to submontane grassland. It is also known as the white-eyed prinia. Its presence is linked to this transition zone, and habitat loss is a threat, particularly where land is cleared for iron ore mining.
