Silvery-cheeked Hornbill Bycanistes brevis is a hornbill in the family Bucerotidae, within the order Bucerotiformes. It occurs in Africa, with a breeding range from South Sudan and Ethiopia southwards to Mozambique. It was described by Friedmann in 1929.
