Slaty-mantled Goshawk, Tachyspiza luteoschistacea, is a bird of prey in the Accipitridae family found in the Bismarck Archipelago of Papua New Guinea, with breeding on Umboi west of New Britain and on New Britain in the south-east of the archipelago. It is tied to moist lowland forest in tropical or subtropical settings. The species was first described in 1926 by Rothschild and Hartert.
