Small-billed Elaenia, Elaenia parvirostris, is a passerine flycatcher that breeds in South America from Colombia and Venezuela to southern Bolivia and south-eastern Brazil. It is a small elaenia without a crest, and the sexes look alike. Adults show a bright olive-green crown with a partly hidden white central stripe, whitish lores and a narrow white eyering. The upperparts are bright olive-green, the wings dusky with three pale bars, and the underparts grey with a whitish belly and undertail coverts.
