Small Ground Finch, Geospiza fuliginosa, is a passerine in the tanager family and breeds in the Galápagos, where it is endemic. It is the smallest of the ground finches and has a short, pointed bill with a slightly curved upper ridge. Males are black with white-tipped undertail coverts, while females and young are brown with streaked underparts. It occurs across most of the archipelago in shrubland, woodland and other habitats, and is common and widespread.
