Oedistoma iliolophus (Salvadori, 1876)
Spectacled Longbill, Oedistoma iliolophus, is a bird of the Melanocharitidae family that breeds in New Guinea, apart from the Trans-Fly and south-eastern parts of the island. It was described by Salvadori in 1876. Also placed in the longbill group, it is part of the passerine order. Its range is tied to New Guinea, where it occurs across several forest types, including dry forest, lowland moist forest and montane moist forest.
