Spot-tailed Antwren, Herpsilochmus sticturus, is a passerine of the antbird family found in Venezuela, the Guianas and north-eastern Brazil. It was described by Salvin in 1885. It lives in humid evergreen forest, especially in gallery forest and seasonally flooded forest near water, where it uses the middle storey and canopy and often works through vine tangles. The species is monotypic and was once treated as one with Dugand's Antwren. Its breeding range extends from eastern Venezuela through the Guianas to Amapá.
