Spotted Bush Warbler, Locustella thoracica, is a passerine in the Locustellidae family and breeds across the central Himalayas to central China. Outside the breeding season it moves into south-east Asia. It is recorded from Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar and Nepal, including the northern Himalayas, Yunnan and central China. Its natural home is arboreal forest. The species was described by Blyth in 1845.
