Spotted Catbird, Ailuroedus maculosus, is a bowerbird of the Wet Tropics of Queensland in north-east Australia, with breeding recorded from south-east Cape York Peninsula and north-east Queensland. It is a rainforest bird in the family Ptilonorhynchidae. Unlike other bowerbirds, it does not make a bower. It is a chunky species with emerald green upperparts, green-olive underparts marked with extensive pale spotting, and a black spot below the dark red eye. Its range does not overlap with the similar green catbird.
