Stripe-necked Tody-Tyrant, Hemitriccus striaticollis, is a passerine of the tyrant flycatcher family that breeds in western and southern Amazonia. It occurs in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia and Peru. Its range is patchy, with the main population in Amazonian Brazil and smaller outlying groups in neighbouring countries. The bird is linked to open woodland, thickets, bamboo and similar cover, including undergrowth in wooded savanna. It is a year-round resident. The species was first described in 1853, and the name reflects the streaking on its throat.
