Stub-tailed Antbird, Sipia berlepschi, is a bird of western Colombia and north-west Ecuador, where it occurs in the Chocó region. It belongs to the antbird family and was first described by Hartert in 1898. The species is a resident of evergreen forest in wet lowlands and foothills, especially in the understorey, along forest edges, in overgrown clearings and in nearby mature secondary growth. It is also linked with the Chocó Endemic Bird Area. Its range runs from central Chocó Department in Colombia south to Esmeraldas Province in Ecuador.
