Sulawesi Serpent Eagle, Spilornis rufipectus, is a bird of prey found on Sulawesi in Indonesia. It belongs to the Accipitridae family and was described by Gould in 1858. Its breeding range is in Australasia, on Sulawesi. It is associated with subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest. The species measures 46-54 cm in length and has a wingspan of 105-120 cm.
