Sunda Bush Warbler

Horornis seebohmi

The Sunda Bush Warbler (Horornis seebohmi) is a small, secretive bird found in the dense undergrowth of montane forests and bamboo thickets in Southeast Asia. It is known for its distinctive song, a series of high-pitched, melodious notes. This warbler is olive-brown above and pale below, with a subtle streaking on the breast and flanks. It forages for insects and small invertebrates on or near the ground, often remaining hidden from view. The Sunda Bush Warbler is generally considered to be of least concern in terms of conservation status, as it has a wide distribution and is not currently facing major threats.
