Teardrop White-eye, Rukia ruki, is a bird of the White-eyes family that breeds in the Faichuk group of Chuuk in Micronesia. It is confined to the summit of Mount Winipot on Tol, where it lives in montane rainforest. That habitat is dominated by the endemic Chuuk poisontree. Its range is limited to a single small mountaintop, and local dislike of the poisontree has left it severely threatened by habitat loss.
