Pellorneum pyrrogenys (Temminck, 1827)
Temminck's Babbler, Pellorneum pyrrogenys, is a passerine in the Pellorneidae family and breeds in montane Java and Borneo within the Oriental Region. It is a bird of forested country, with its range given as Borneo and Java. The common name honours the Dutch naturalist Coenraad Jacob Temminck. Described by Temminck in 1827, it belongs to the ground babblers.
