Three-striped Flycatcher, Conopias trivirgatus, is a passerine of Amazonia and south-eastern South America, where it lives in humid forest canopy and along forest edges, especially in várzea. It is a member of the tyrant flycatcher family and was first described by Wied in 1831. The species has a disjunct range, with one form in the Amazon basin and another in south-eastern Brazil, eastern Paraguay and north-eastern Argentina. It is the smallest bird in Conopias, and the two sexes share the same plumage.
