Tit Hylia, Pholidornis rushiae, is a bird of the tropical rainforests of West and Central Africa. It belongs in the family Hyliidae and was described by Cassin in 1855. This species is widespread across the African rainforest belt. It is notable for its very small size, and it is among the smallest birds native to Africa. The Tit Hylia was once placed in another family, but is now recognised in Hyliidae. Its breeding range is in western and central Africa.
