Togian Boobook Ninox burhani is an owl of the Togian Islands in the Gulf of Tomini, off Sulawesi in Indonesia. It is known only from three islands in that group, within its breeding range in Australasia. Described as a new species in 2004 by Indrawan and Somadikarta, it was first found on 25 December 1999. Its scientific name commemorates Burhan, an Indonesian conservationist.
