Toro Olive Greenbul, Phyllastrephus hypochloris, is a bulbul found in southern South Sudan and from eastern DR Congo through Uganda to western Kenya and northern Tanzania. It belongs to the family Pycnonotidae and was first described by Jackson in 1906. It is also known as the Toro greenbul and Toro olive bulbul. Its natural home is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest. The species was originally placed in the genus Stelgidillas.
