Tufted Jay, Cyanocorax dickeyi, is a bird of the crow family that breeds in western Mexico. It is found in a small part of the Sierra Madre Occidental in Sinaloa, Durango and Nayarit, where it lives in pine-oak forest and often stays high in the canopy. It is a distinctive jay with a dark crest, purplish blue upperparts and face, a white mark above the eye and on the cheek, white underparts, and a tail that is partly white. Its call is a quick four-note vocalisation.
